Course Content

Required for personnel with the authority and responsibility for making decisions on the specific TTC requirements to be implemented.

These positions include the following:

a. The Professional Engineer responsible for the development of the Transportation Management Plan (TMP) and design of the TTC Plan.

b. The Worksite Traffic Supervisor in accordance with FDOT Standard Specifications,

c. Personnel responsible for supervising the installation, removal and field maintenance of TTC devices, including temporary barriers, end treatments and crash cushions.

d. Personnel responsible for inspection of the placement or operational function of temporary traffic control devices, including temporary barriers, end treatments and crash cushions.

Course Length: Twenty (20) hours

Course Cost: $410 per person

Requirements

There are no requirements for this course.

All students attending an IMSA Signs or Signals courses should supply a copy of their Work Zone (MOT) certificate to class.

For MOT refresher class please bring a copy of your current MOT qualification card.

All MOT classes students need their Driver License.

Courses not listed may be scheduled by appointment.
